Age Restriction & Eligibility
hz689 is strictly restricted to persons aged 18 years and older. Registration, deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals are all prohibited for persons under the age of 18. This restriction is enforced through KYC identity verification and is applied without exception.
By registering an account with hz689, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. hz689 takes its responsibility to prevent underage gambling seriously and employs age verification procedures as part of its standard KYC process. Where hz689 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player may be under 18, the account will be immediately suspended pending age verification.

Where an underage player is found to have accessed the platform, all deposits will be returned, all winnings will be forfeited, and the account will be permanently closed. hz689 may also refer the matter to relevant authorities where required.

Account Registration

Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
hz689 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank transfers. All deposit transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by hz689, although individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
Deposits are credited to your hz689 account in real time for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay transactions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes to reflect in your account balance. hz689 does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your responsibility.
All deposit funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. hz689 does not accept deposits from third parties. Depositing funds on behalf of another player, or accepting funds from another player to deposit into your own account, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit on the account, unless otherwise approved by hz689 in writing. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to ensure funds are returned to their verified source. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed within 15 to 60 minutes for bKash and Nagad requests under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours.
All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. hz689 processes withdrawals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including public holidays in Bangladesh. Withdrawal requests submitted during high-volume periods or flagged for additional security review may take longer to process. Players will be notified by email if a withdrawal is subject to a delay beyond the standard processing window.
4.3 Refused and Reversed Transactions
hz689 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where:
- The transaction is suspected of being fraudulent or associated with money laundering activity.
- The payment method does not belong to the registered account holder.
- KYC verification has not been completed or has been rejected.
- The account is under investigation for breach of these Terms.
- The transaction would result in a balance that exceeds applicable limits.
Where a deposit is refused, the funds will be returned to the originating payment method within 3 to 5 business days. hz689 is not liable for any loss arising from a refused or reversed transaction where the refusal is based on a legitimate application of these Terms or applicable law.
4.4 Currency
All transactions on hz689 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). hz689 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion required to process a transaction is the sole responsibility of the player and their payment provider. hz689 is not liable for exchange rate losses.
Bonus & Promotions Terms
All bonuses offered by hz689 are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Players are advised to read the specific terms attached to each promotion before claiming any bonus offer.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New players who register a verified account and make their first deposit on hz689 may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is available to players aged 18 and above who have not previously held an account on hz689. The welcome bonus is credited as bonus funds and is subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, household, device, or IP address.
5.2 Ongoing Promotions
hz689 offers a range of ongoing promotions including weekly reload bonuses, free spin rewards, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL cricket season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotions are time-limited and subject to individual terms that will be communicated at the time of offer. hz689 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
5.3 Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements specify the total cumulative bet amount that must be placed using bonus funds (or a combination of bonus and real funds, as specified per promotion) before the bonus balance converts to a withdrawable real money balance. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires ৳20,000 in total qualifying bets before the bonus converts to cash.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate compared to slots. Game contribution rates are specified in the individual promotion terms. Games that are excluded from wagering requirement calculations are listed in the relevant promotion description.
5.4 Bonus Abuse
hz689 defines bonus abuse as any attempt to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with normal player behaviour or the spirit of the promotion. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; placing bets that cover opposing outcomes to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk; using automated software to place qualifying bets; and colluding with other players to exchange bonus funds. hz689 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings derived from abusive bonus activity, and close accounts where bonus abuse is confirmed.
5.5 Bonus Expiry
All bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the time period stated in the applicable promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account balance automatically. hz689 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using the hz689 platform you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and fair manner at all times. The following obligations and prohibitions apply to all registered players and any person who accesses the hz689 platform in any capacity.
6.1 Player Obligations
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and throughout the account lifecycle.
- Keep account credentials confidential and take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access.
- Notify hz689 promptly of any suspected security breach, error in account balance, or technical fault that may have affected a game outcome.
- Use the platform for personal recreational purposes only and not for any commercial or professional gambling operation.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hz689 platform:
- Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploitation of a known or unknown software error will be voided.

- Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal financial activity.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to access the source code or underlying architecture of the hz689 platform.

- Impersonating any other player, hz689 employee, or third party in any communication.
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct toward hz689 support staff or other players.
hz689 employs fraud detection systems, RNG auditing, and transaction monitoring to identify prohibited conduct. Where hz689 has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these obligations, it may suspend the relevant account, freeze the account balance, and conduct an investigation. Players will be notified of an investigation and given an opportunity to respond before any final account action is taken, except where immediate action is required to prevent ongoing harm or financial loss.
Account Suspension & Closure
7.1 Closure by the Player
You may close your hz689 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected] and requesting account closure. Before closure, hz689 will process any outstanding withdrawal requests for verified real money balances. Bonus balances that have not yet met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure. Account closure requests are processed within 2 business days under Bangladesh Standard Time.
Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons may also use the self-exclusion tools available in account settings, which take effect immediately. Permanent self-exclusion results in account closure and suppression of all marketing communications from hz689.
7.2 Closure by hz689
hz689 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:
- The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
- The player has provided false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
- The player is found to be under 18 years of age.
- hz689 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, collusion, money laundering, or other criminal activity.

Where an account is closed by hz689 due to a verified breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account — including real money balance and bonus balance — may be forfeited at hz689's sole discretion. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, the verified real money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days.
7.3 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if no login activity has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. hz689 will notify the account holder by email prior to classifying an account as dormant. A monthly administration fee of ৳100 may be applied to dormant account balances after the 12-month period, until the balance reaches zero or the player reactivates the account by logging in. hz689 will make reasonable efforts to contact the player before any dormancy fee is applied.
Liability & Disclaimer
8.1 Platform Availability
hz689 endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to any service. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party service disruptions, or circumstances beyond hz689's reasonable control including but not limited to natural disasters, telecommunications failures, and government-imposed restrictions. hz689 will make reasonable efforts to notify players of scheduled maintenance in advance.
8.2 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hz689 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- Your use of or inability to use the hz689 platform.
- Any interruption, suspension, or termination of platform services.
- Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
- Any error, omission, interruption, or delay in transmission of game data.
- Any gambling losses you incur while using the hz689 platform.
- Any decision made in reliance on information provided on the hz689 platform.
8.3 Game Outcomes and RNG

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through hz689's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration. hz689's internal complaints process requires that disputes be submitted in writing to [email protected], with hz689 committing to a substantive written response within 10 business days under Bangladesh Standard Time.
8.6 Responsible Gaming Disclaimer
hz689 is committed to responsible gaming and provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion to assist players in managing their gambling. However, hz689 cannot guarantee that these tools will prevent problem gambling in all cases.
